BuyCN ProBuyCN Pro is a one-person buying service based in Lianyungang, Jiangsu, China. Made-to-order works a little differently from shelf products: the piece is produced for you after you order, so there is a production time before shipping — and in exchange you get a personalised product at close to the maker's price, instead of a retail platform's personalised-gift markup. Single pieces are welcome: most of my custom clients are gift buyers and small Etsy/Amazon sellers testing a product before they commit to volume.
Custom paint-by-numbers kits — from your photo
Send a photo and it becomes a paint-by-numbers kit: a pre-printed lined canvas of your image, the matched acrylic paints, and brushes. The most popular size is 16×20 in (40×50 cm); 12×16 in and larger sizes, and framed versions, are also available.
- Photo tips: sharp, bright photos with clear faces or a clear main subject convert best. Blurry or very dark photos make poor line art — if yours won't work, I'll tell you before you pay, not after.
- Production: typically a few working days after your order is confirmed.
- Light and unbreakable: a rolled kit weighs roughly half a kilo, which keeps single-piece shipping reasonable.

3D crystal photo — laser-engraved in K9 crystal
Your photo is converted and laser-engraved inside a solid block of K9 crystal — the image floats in the glass and catches the light, especially on an LED base. This is one of Amazon's strongest personalised-gift categories: top listings sell 300+ pieces a month. The crystal is made in Pujiang, China's crystal town, and I source it there.

Two honest notes. First, crystal is dense and fragile: it ships in reinforced packing, and shipping is charged on the packed weight at cost — which is why small sizes are the sweet spot for single-piece orders, and why I'll always show you the shipping figure before you commit. Second, cheaper acrylic lookalikes exist. Acrylic is a different, lighter material at a different price — when I quote crystal, it is K9 crystal, and the quote says so.

How a custom order works
- 1. Send your photo and the size you want, on WhatsApp or via the quote form.
- 2. Free itemised quote. Goods, my service fee and estimated shipping, with the production time stated separately from the shipping time.
- 3. Confirm and pay in advance (Western Union or PayPal — PayPal payments carry a 5% processing fee) — production starts when payment lands.
- 4. Production. The maker produces your piece; typical production is a few working days, confirmed in your quote.
- 5. Proof before dispatch. I send you photos or video of your finished piece before anything ships. If it doesn't match the confirmed design, it is remade or taken up with the maker while it is still in China.
- 6. Final settlement and dispatch. Shipping is settled at the actual packed weight, any overpayment refunded through your original payment method — the same settlement as every BuyCN Pro order (see the order process).
The honest terms of made-to-order
A custom piece is produced for you, so — like everywhere in the world — it is non-returnable once made, if it matches the confirmed specification and the proof you approved. That is the maker's term, and I confirm it with you before your order starts. If the piece does not match the confirmed specification, that is a goods-not-to-spec case: it is handled with the maker here in China, before dispatch, under the same rules as any other order.
Fees are exactly the standard schedule — 15% service fee with the usual per-order minimums, first-order handling fee rules as written — nothing extra is added for custom work. The full schedule is on the process page.
One legal line: you confirm you have the right to use the photo or artwork you send. I can't produce copyrighted characters, brand logos or other people's artwork.
