BuyCN Pro1. Agency Role: BuyCN Pro acts strictly as your independent ‘Purchasing & Logistics Agent’ in China. We are not the manufacturer, distributor, or brand owner of the products sourced. We hold no joint liability for product design, defects, or legal compliance in your destination country.
2. Irrevocable Payments: Quotes are free. To start purchasing, payment in full is required in advance — we do not purchase on credit. Our quote includes the goods cost, domestic shipping, and our service fee. Where a sourcing fee applies (a brand-new style sourced from photos you provide), it is agreed with you in writing before the order and shown as its own line on the quote. On a first order, a one-time handling fee applies ($10 for 1–5 items, $20 for 6–15 items, $30 for 16+ items), fully credited against the service fee when the order completes. The handling fee does not apply to orders placed from product links you provide. Once we have paid a supplier on your behalf, your payment is irrevocable to the extent of the amounts paid out. Payments are made by Western Union or PayPal: Western Union payments carry no processing fee; PayPal charges on the full amount received, so PayPal payments carry a 5% processing fee, shown on your invoice before you pay. If you cancel after purchasing has begun, the handling fee is retained as compensation for the sourcing work and return handling, and any refund of goods costs depends on the supplier's return terms — custom-made goods are usually non-returnable.
3. Strict Zero Return Policy (Final Sale): Due to prohibitive bidirectional international shipping costs and complex China customs export procedures, ALL overseas shipments are strictly ‘Final Sale’. Every order is inspected before dispatch, and quality control (QC) photos/videos are available on request before anything ships. Once you authorize shipment, you waive any right to return, exchange, or reject the goods for a refund. No post-shipment claims will be entertained.
4. Contraband & Compliance: You solemnly swear not to purchase illegal goods, contraband, or aviation hazards (e.g., pure batteries, flammables, counterfeit/replica items). You bear 100% of the legal and financial consequences if you conceal prohibited items and the package is seized or fined by customs.
5. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall our maximum cumulative liability for any single order exceed the ‘Sourcing Service Fee’ you paid us. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
