How your order works

BuyCN Pro is a one-person buying service based in Lianyungang, Jiangsu, China. This page is the complete process, from your first message to the final settlement of your order. Every fee I charge is listed here, upfront. Nothing is added later that isn't written here or agreed with you before your order starts.

Step 1 — Send your request

Send me what you want to buy, in either of two ways:

• Product links (1688, Taobao, Alibaba or any Chinese shop), or
• Photos and specifications (style, material, sizes, colours, quantity)

Tell me the destination and, if you have one, your freight forwarder.

Step 2 — Options and quotation (free)

I source the products and send you options with photos, unit prices and estimated weights. You choose what to buy. Then I issue a proforma invoice (PI) with the full breakdown:

• Goods value, at the actual purchase price
• My service fee (see the fee schedule below)
• First-order handling fee, if it applies (see below)
• Shipping, estimated at this stage and settled at actual cost later (Step 6)

Quotations are always free. You pay nothing until you confirm an order.

Step 3 — Confirm and pay

Payment is in full, in advance, by PayPal or Western Union. Purchasing starts as soon as your payment lands. The total you approve on the PI is the total you pay — goods, service fee, handling fee (if applicable) and the shipping estimate. Western Union payments carry no processing fee; PayPal charges on the full amount received, so PayPal payments carry a 5% processing fee — your PI shows the total for the method you choose.

Step 4 — Purchasing and quality check

I buy the goods and have them delivered to me in Lianyungang. On arrival I check them against the specifications you confirmed — including the confirmed fabric. Photos and videos of the checks are available on request.

If goods don't match the confirmed specifications, or have quality defects, I handle the return or exchange with the supplier for you. My handling is free; the only cost is the domestic courier fee for sending goods back, charged at cost (about $1 per piece for clothing).

Two honest limits: I don't include laboratory testing or certification of materials, and made-to-order or customised items are usually non-returnable under supplier terms — I will always confirm this with you before ordering such items.

Step 5 — Packing and final weight

Once everything has arrived and passed checking, I consolidate and compress the goods, pack them properly, and weigh the final parcel. This actual weight — not the estimate — is what your final shipping cost is based on.

Step 6 — Final settlement (your closing statement)

Before dispatch, I send you a final settlement statement showing:

• Actual goods value and service fee
• The first-order handling fee shown as credited in full (if it applied)
• Actual shipping cost versus the amount prepaid

If you overpaid, the difference is refunded to you through your original payment method — or, if you prefer, held as a balance toward your next order. If the actual shipping was higher, only the itemised difference is due. The statement is the closing document of your order: every amount is shown, nothing is left unclear.

Step 7 — Dispatch

Once the settlement is complete, your goods are sent to your forwarder or address, and I share the tracking details with you.

One clear line, so there are no misunderstandings: returns and exchanges are handled while the goods are still with me in China — anything found in checking, I take up with the supplier for you (Step 4). Once the goods have been dispatched to you, the sale is final and returns are no longer possible. This is exactly why the checking, the photos on request, and the settlement all happen before anything ships.

If you cancel

• Before purchasing has started: everything you paid is refunded in full, including the handling fee.
• After purchasing has started: the handling fee is kept (it covers the time spent and return losses); goods already purchased are handled under the supplier's return terms, and all remaining amounts are settled and refunded as in Step 6.

Reorders

Repeat customers never pay the handling fee again, and reorders of designs already bought carry no sourcing fee. Reordering is always the cheapest way to buy through me — apart from sending links, which never carries a sourcing fee or the handling fee at all.

These terms apply to every order, so nothing depends on what was said in a chat. If anything here is unclear, ask me before you order — I would rather explain twice than surprise you once.
