What gets checked before it ships
- Pump runs and water flows — tested on video, not just powered on
- Noise level checked; a loud pump is the top complaint with fountains
- Filters included or not — confirmed and priced in, not assumed
- Cable, plug type and voltage matched to your country
Ordering notes: ask about replacement filters before the first order, not after — a fountain your customers cannot get filters for will not reorder. Water-contact materials are confirmed from the supplier documentation. The unit itself is light but bulky, so consolidated shipping usually gives the best landed price.
