Review the written quote and confirm. Orders are paid in full before I purchase — your payment is what pays the supplier. First orders carry a one-time handling fee ($10 for 1–5 items, $20 for 6–15 items, $30 for 16+ items), fully credited against your service fee when the order completes; if you cancel after purchasing has started, it covers the sourcing work and return handling and is not refunded. Orders placed from links you send are exempt from the fee entirely. Procurement starts the day payment lands: about 3 days for ordering and delivery to the warehouse.
Once goods arrive at the China warehouse (about 3 days after payment), I unbox, test and inspect everything — QC takes 1–2 days. Photos/videos available on request before anything ships. Multiple orders are consolidated and repacked into one efficient export box to cut your international shipping cost.
Your securely packed parcel is dispatched to your doorstep worldwide by air express or a dedicated forwarder line. Tracking is provided for every shipment. Typical timeline from payment to dispatch: about 5–6 days.

How the 15% service fee works

It's always 15% of your total order value — the minimum per order scales with the number of different items, so heavy multi-SKU orders stay fair.

1–5 items: 15%, min $8/order
$20 of goods → 15% = $3 → you pay $8
6–15 items: 15%, min $15/order
16+ items: 15%, min $25/order
$200 of goods → 15% = $30 → you pay $30

First-order handling fee: Quotes are always free. When you confirm your first order, a one-time handling fee applies — $10 (1–5 items), $20 (6–15 items) or $30 (16+ items). It is fully deducted from your service fee when the order completes, so a completed order costs you nothing extra. It is only kept if you cancel after purchasing has begun, to cover the sourcing work and return handling. Repeat orders never pay it. Orders you place by sending me product links are exempt entirely — with a link, there is no handling fee at all.

Sourcing fee (photo orders only): If you send only photos of a brand-new style, a per-piece sourcing fee covers the hunt — comparing suppliers to find you the best value: $1 per piece at trial quantities, or $0.50 per piece on a bulk first order (50+ pieces of one design). Reorders of a design already bought carry no sourcing fee, and link orders never do. It is always agreed with you before the order — never added afterwards. Full details on the order process page.

Payment & processing: Payment is in full, in advance, by Western Union or PayPal. Western Union payments carry no processing fee. PayPal charges on the full amount received, so PayPal payments carry a 5% processing fee — your invoice always shows the total for your chosen method before you pay.

Yes — I work as your buyer in China, and 1688 / Taobao are just two of my channels. Send a product photo or a link from 1688, Taobao or any Chinese wholesale market — I find the item, compare sellers across channels, negotiate the price, reply within 24 hours and send a full quote in 1–2 days (48 hours for 6+ different items). Free, no commitment.
No minimum per product — zero MOQ, so even 1–2 pieces of a style is fine for samples and trial orders. My clients are mainly resellers and shop owners; personal orders are welcome on larger baskets. Yes. If you buy on 1688 or Taobao yourself, you can have the parcels sent to my address in China. I check them in, consolidate them into one shipment and forward it to you — shipping at the forwarder's actual rate, plus a small service fee per shipment. I can also hold stock and dispatch orders to your customers (dropshipping) — message me for the handling rates.

Already buying on 1688 yourself?

If you place your own orders on 1688 or Taobao, you can still use me for the China side of the operation — no sourcing fee, just handling and shipping.

📦 Parcel receiving, consolidation & forwarding

Have your orders sent to my address in China. I check each parcel in as it arrives, hold them, then consolidate everything into one shipment and forward it worldwide. You pay one international shipping charge at the forwarder's actual rate, plus a small service fee per shipment.

🚚 Dropship dispatch from China

Keep your stock with me and send me your customer orders as they come in. I pick, pack and dispatch each order directly to your buyer, with optional inspection and photos before dispatch. Tell me what you're selling and where it goes, and I'll quote the handling and shipping before you send anything.

Inspection services — your eyes in China, without the flight

Already buying from a Chinese supplier, but nobody on the ground to check what you actually get? Send it to me first. I inspect samples and goods at my base in Lianyungang, Jiangsu, and send you a photo-and-measurement report before the goods move on — or before you pay for more. This is a standalone service; you don't need to buy through me to use it.

🔍 Sample check — from $49 per product

Have the supplier send the sample to me instead of straight to you. I check appearance, workmanship, dimensions and weight against your spec, run basic function and performance tests where the product allows it, and send close-up photos and video of anything that doesn't look right, with a short English report within 24–48 hours of the sample arriving. Ideal for checking a new supplier's sample before you commit to an order.

📦 Goods check at my warehouse — from $49 per product

Your suppliers ship to my warehouse in Lianyungang. I run a sampling inspection (AQL) — quantity, appearance, specs, packaging and marks — photograph defects item by item, with measurements where it matters, and report before anything is forwarded, so you decide what ships. Pairs with my consolidation service for multi-supplier orders.

Inspection is booked and paid in advance — Western Union and PayPal accepted (PayPal payments carry a 5% processing fee). Launch pricing: checks start at $49 per product. Reports describe what was found in the items checked; sampling can't certify a whole production run, and this service doesn't include laboratory testing or certification. Findings are reported as they are, good or bad.
