Shipping from China to the USA or UK by express/air typically takes 7–15 days door to door. That's the honest range for small-batch orders — anyone promising 3 days worldwide is selling you something.
What the 7–15 days includes
- Domestic transit to the consolidation point: typically 2–4 days
- International air freight: typically 3–6 days
- Customs clearance + last-mile delivery: typically 2–5 days
What makes it faster or slower
- Customs. The #1 cause of delays. Clean, accurate declarations clear in a day; vague ones sit for a week.
- Remote areas. Deliveries outside major cities can add a few days on most carriers.
- Peak seasons. Before Christmas and Chinese New Year, add a buffer week.
- Product type. Anything with batteries, liquids, or powders faces extra screening.
Express vs. standard: is faster worth it?
For parcels under 2 kg, express is often only marginally more expensive and meaningfully faster. Above 10 kg, the price gap widens — that's where consolidated standard air freight wins. I quote both options when the difference matters.
How my timeline works end to end
Before shipping even starts: sourcing & quote 1–2 days, purchasing ~3 days, QC 1–2 days. Then the 7–15 day delivery window above. So from "I want this" to doorstep, plan roughly 2–4 weeks total. Full breakdown on my services page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I track my parcel?
Yes — every international shipment gets a tracking number, and I send updates at each stage.
Do you ship to my country?
I ship worldwide. Delivery time varies by destination — message me your country and I'll give you the exact range.
Does volumetric weight affect delivery time?
No — volumetric weight affects price, not speed. But oversized parcels can be harder to book on tight schedules.
What do you want to import from China?
Message me with pictures or links. I'll reply within 24 hours — your firm quote follows in 1–2 days (48 hours for orders with 6+ different items).
